Has a viable solution been found for a replacement battery for the Autel Premium X-Star ? My three batteries are dead so I have two X-Star drones that I would like to use again.
Like everyone else I hit the corporate greed firewall when I approached Autel with this issue. I partially understand why Autel no longer “supports” their product or are willing to help any Autel customers with the x-star. But I can’t help feeling abandoned by their corporate stratagem of quick profit over long term customer loyalty. Hard for me to accept, I am of a generation where most products weren't designed to fail after a few uses. If no solution can be found i will never buy another of their products. I am confident Autel does not care. All about point of sale.
Thinking about sending the two X-Star bricks I have back to Autel HQ, maybe if every owner does this they can have a giant x-star bonfire.
