Using 48mp picture mapping

Hı I have Evo 2 in Turkey We want use it mapping produce ortophotos dsm and dtm. But we have a big problem. When we take manuel photo, resolation is 48mp but mission working resolation is 12mp. I don't understand it. I think it is about software. Is another result is possible. I worry it .Thanks.

With the 640T Dual in mission mode only 12 MP might be working. jmason702 made a 48 MP RGB map and model flying manually with a short 2 sec interval.
