New Evo Nano can't connect RC to phone

My Nano+ remote controller has this issue with the Android 7 phone I use. The only fix I know is to restart the phone whilst the phone is connected to the remote controller. Works every time.

wow I'm getting so discouraged , I want a new drone looked at mini3, it has problems now im looking here at the nano and it has problems. I have a Mavic Air over 4 years old till works great so I guess I really don't need a new one do I

The mini 3 is available with a built in screen and app, so no need for any phone, if that helps. Have fun

Of course, without internet you cannot unlock the NFZ from DJI...so...Have fun ! ))
