Explorer Photo Size

I'm flying an Evo 2 Pro V2 RTK with Explorer in a polygon mission. When I go to adjust the image size, it says "NA" and doesn't allow change. The resulting images are 4000x3000. The reason this is an issue is that it is not using the entire 1" sensor and doesn't match the stock camera calibration in Bentley Context Capture. Does anyone know how to capture full resolution (5472*3648) in mapping mode?

Hi, now probably we have repeated same issue. All photos from EVO II pro 6k camera from one day are saved on SD like resampled from 5472*3648 to 4000x3000. There is still full FOV in photos but object proportions are squeezed horizontally due to 3:2 to 4:3 resample. To properly match that i photogrametry program there is needed change in pixel size (required different in two dimensions), or simple method is to again manually resample photos to correct 5472*3648 resolution. We didn't change any settings or camera and next day magiccaly everything works ok.
