Explorer Photo Size

I'm flying an Evo 2 Pro V2 RTK with Explorer in a polygon mission. When I go to adjust the image size, it says "NA" and doesn't allow change. The resulting images are 4000x3000. The reason this is an issue is that it is not using the entire 1" sensor and doesn't match the stock camera calibration in Bentley Context Capture. Does anyone know how to capture full resolution (5472*3648) in mapping mode?
