Bind Device 2nd hand

Hey Guys,

I have recently purchased an Autel Evo 2 from Cash Converters (its like a pawn shop for our international members - i'm from Australia). I tried to bind my device to my account but there is already an account there and won't let me swap them out. Was wondering what i could do in order to get rid of their account so i can bind the device to my named account?

I think your best bet would be to contact Autel Customer Support. Their website lists a toll-free number for support in New Zealand: +64 800 627010. Hope that helps!

I speak from experience when I say, you must contact Auto support. That is the only way. I recently removed a damaged beyond repair aircraft from my account and had to bind the new one and had to contact support also. There is no way to unbind an aircraft without their tech support doing it.
