Changing Mobile Device

I would like to change the mobile device I use for my Evo Lite + from a phone to a tablet. I have been flying successfully with an iPhone, but would like to use an iPad Pro so that the telemetry and features are easier to read. I am logging into my Autel Sky app account and I cannot get the controller to connect for the iPad Pro. are there any tricks I need to know for making the change? I am new with a Autel, and would appreciate any help I can get!
