A quick summary, I have two faulty Max 4T's nearly straight out of the box.
Today I recieved two replacement controllers.
When paired with their respective drones the Firmware was updated.
This is where I spotted that the replacement controllers are running on a different App to the previous controllers.

Previous Autel Enterprise App
Both appear the same, with a subtle difference, there's no "Support" Icon to log in to my Autel account.
And to be honest I have no idea, which varient is correct, or how to change it...
Any help greatly received.
