Smart Remote V2 issues and Autel customer service

Recently my V2 smart remote stopped responding to touch. This basically renders the remote useless for anything other than flying. Can't change any settings whatsoever. I've been communicating with Autel customer service for two weeks with no real solution. The frustrating part of all this, is the warranty was valid from purchase date. Through some simple diagnostics and pics/vids showing the what the problem was. Autel still was not much help. I rely on this drone for my business as well my place of work. I decided to make a further investment and buy another V2 remote since Autel was not resolving the situation. I also purchased a replacement touch screen for the remote and will repair it myself. One this is for sure though! Once this drone has reached end of life. I will be switching over to DJI for Enterprise solutions. Sorry to be so cranky.
