I'm still fairly new to my Evo simply because we we had 6 freaking months of rain!
Anyway, my neighbors put their house on the market and I offered to shoot some drone footage.

This is the first time I've ever used Tripod mode.
Is it the coolest thing ever?!?

The shots that I got sweeping across the front of their house look completely pro.

I'm going back and shoot it again when the light is better.
You guys haven't checked out Tripod Mode?

I do wish the Evo had obstacle avoidance on the sides. I was really sweating some trees.

Hi Mitch, I'm glad you're loving your Evo. It's called Precision Mode and yes, it helps a lot. It's my daily driver unless I need to get some where quicker. Using the right terms will help others find your post on Google search and this forum. Don't forget to turn down your EXP so you still get that smoothness with other speeds as well.

I don't see "Precision Mode" anywhere in my manual.

Edit: I found a great explanation of Precision Mode

I searched through the PDF manuals for the Evo and the Explorer app and there's no mention of it.
