Hello, I'm having a problem with the tilted horizon, I've already calibrated all the sensors, the aerial photogrammetry is also tilted, it starts at 90° and keeps changing the angle, they don't stay at the 90° angle, there's also another problem with the smarth controller , the IMU calibration steps do not have a figure indicating the position for calibration, but if using the calibration positions the IMU calibrates successfully, can anyone tell me if the problem is not the aircraft gimbal or if it is a mechanical problem?
I turn around with the aircraft in my hand and notice that the gimbal is very slow, in addition to rotating backwards and forwards.

I am having the same issues along with other issues. I have been in contact with support, but they have been quiet for over a week now. I did all the updates they suggested, then had to submitt videos and pictures to prove what was happening. After I showed proof then I had to export logs and reports to submitt to their technical support team. It has been 10 days now and no word. I did see that there was an updated firmware for the drone and remote yesterday, so I updated them and flew the drone this morning but still had the horizon issue. When I checked in after 7 days looking for the resolution to the issue, they responded with "Please kindly wait for it with peace of mind."
