I flew several test missions and bought a year of ThermoConverter based on successful trials. I flew a critical mission and it provides "media" folders with JPG and MP4s, but no .irg files to use for Thermal Converter. What setting did I mess up?
Also, is there any way to process the irx JPGs for thermal data? I can't get the Autel software to work because it keeps coming up as an "IR_CAMERA".
