Live Deck 2 HDMI output issues

Anyone having issues with Live Deck 2 outputting a usable HDMI signal? It will only output to a consumer based monitor or TV. We would like to try and broadcast some live pictures, but cannot get an HDMI into any professional broadcast equipment. The output is reading 1920x1080 50Hz or 50fps on the monitor info, not 60fps, like is advertised.

Mine is reading 1080p 49.98, but there is no setting to change that, in fact when "flight info" is off, you still can see a black bar on top with battery porcentages.

LiveU LU300 broadcast equipment doesn't recognize Live Deck 2, however Live Deck v1 does.
