How to replay a recording flight

Not exactly sure what you mean, but if you go to the explorer app, click on the little face in the top right corner
and then click on "Flight Records"
Click on the flight you want and then click PLAY !
If you want to watch your video, take your SD card out and insert it into your computer and if should play with your video software.
"Providing you clicked on RECORD at the start of your mission and then click STOP after your flight.
EVO does not automatically record videos or photos.
Also video footage can be recorded either MOV or MP4 formats on the Autel Evo 2
What do yo have yours set to.
VLC Media player can play back either format.

No I know where to find the recorded flights and review them. My question was: from the flight recordings is it possible to fly the drone again on the same route as the recorded flight

No...not that way
You must make a mission, name it and save it.
From then on, you can re-fly that route any time you want,
if you do not delete that mission.
You can have multiply missions.
I have a few mission that I fly over and over in different areas.
I plan on doing a video showing the different seasons.

you can also plan your missions from home way before you get to a location

You can use RECORD MISSION in Missions....It suppose to do this: as you fly, the drone should save the movements and make it as a mission...
Is there, I have tried it once, nothing was saved...So...I cannot tell you if will work or not.
