Connect evo max 4t to live deck 2

We purchased two of the Live Deck 2 for our Autel EVO Max 4T drones. The promotional materials included the statement that the Live Deck 2 was "required" for Live streaming to Internet Sources and for local viewing via WiFi connection on televisions. The promotional material on the Autel website, the multiple demo videos produced by them, the fact the case has physical spots for it, the incomplete instructions downloaded from their website, the fact that reputable companies were selling the products as a package or as accessories and not aware they would not work together. Along with other reasons all suggest they should have been compatible. It was misleading advertising and something I expected from DJI, but not from Autel. We are buying more Autel units for our county, but skipping the Live Deck 2 on the orders. Also considering skipping thr RTK module as well because it is not clear how that is supposed to be configured either (we wanted the ability to fly multiple units from a single controller) also advertised but not yet implemented.

Now it's 6 months! This company has fleeced too many of us. My hopes are to save others from investing in any of there deceptive practices of misleading advertising and no support after the sale. Horrible Reputation from personal experience !

Yes! I had a fly away drone and waiting for a replacement! They keep getting me to send different pictures of what version I got and the flight info it was only one full minute flight and that was it as soon as I calibrated it put it in the air it became disconnected and took off haven't found it since and still waiting for the replacement going on 3 weeks now!

Sorry that happened to you! Where did you buy it from?
Best to let dealer deal with Autel.
