Flickering footage and color changes unusable

Yeah, swapped the ND filter and still flicker.

The most annoying thing is that this is apperently a common issue that a lot of us are having, and Autel doesn't care to try to fix it.
I am sure that the issue can be fixed , but we need to get them to work on it.
How can we get to them? Who is the person to qeite to? Does anybody know?

I Don't think mine is a Camera cable issue. On starting my drone, the flickering is not present. A positive connection ?. Turn the drone off, and on again, the flickering is not there. I can fly in photo mode and all is good. As soon as i change from photo mode to video, or video to Photo, the flickering starts and it is consistent. Whatever mode, setting , light, dark, manual, auto , calibration or reset . Phone or tablet . Android or IOS. micro cable or USB to device, the problem is there. I hope it is just a bug in the drone.
I can change batteries, and on start up its not there. but as soon as i switch from photo to vid, flicker, flicker, flicker
The flickering is also present in the controller.

Autel have got back to me for a return, just filled the questionnaire. Fingers crossed.
