Cannot take off.

Hello, I just got a brand new NANO+ from autelpilot.com. And it will not take off. When I try the takeoff sequence the rotors spin up for a second then stop. I get no errors or alerts. I tried emailing Autel and autelpilot with no answers. The firmwares say up to date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

do you have IOS app? What version of firmware and mobile app do you have?

Ok so I finally heard back from Autel and Autel pilot (where I ordered it from). Autel sent a link for the beta for the newest iOS app version. And Autel pilot sent a link to roll back the firmware to 1.8.5. I went with the iOS app beta and that worked. My guess is that either would work for now.

You wouldn't happen to still have the link to the iOS beta firmware? I had a similar failure to launch issue with my nano. So I did the 1.8.5 firmware roll back.... and now I can't get the controller to even pair with the drone.
