Autel Nano+ Won't Record or Download 4k Video

Hey everyone, can someone clarify how to get the drone to record and transfer photos/videos in 4k? I'm so confused. When I'm flying in standard video mode, it says that it's flying in smooth mode and 4k. There is no option for me to select the HD in the menu. Also, when I download the videos from the app to my smartphone, they only download in 1280x720. Is there something I am doing wrong in the settings or do you think the drone is defective?

Seems like you are not familiar with the drone interface. Open the Sky app, go ''skill center'' and watch the ''SKY App basic operation'' video

I had the same issue...

The solution is:

Switch to any smart flight mode in the air (eg tracking) and start recording!
After that, it will be fine even in shooting mode.
