Download 4k issues

I have a samsung galaxy s23 and for some reason I can download 4k or 6k from app to phone. But when I try with a video. The best I can get is 1080p. Fyi yes I when the app ask what resolution I want I tap 4k and hit download. Every time it saves in 1080p. It's so annoying because I want to save on phone as 4k not 1080p. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a specific app setting im missing?

Just get the videos off of the microSD card in the drone. 4K files get very big very quickly, highly unlikely that you can download multi-gig files using the RC's signal.
