Had the same issue after the last update in December. Update failed and drone was bricked, would not connect to RC and could not back out of update to previous version. After 2 weeks of back and forth with email tech support they had me send it back. I contacted them 1 day before my so-called Autel Care coverage expired. They sent me a bill for the new board and labor of $550 trying to get out of their coverage cost. I am still arguing with them to get the drone back.
Will NEVER buy from Autel again. Worst custumer service that I have ever experienced.
THEIR update caused the board failure and they are still trying to get out of their coverage.
