On March 6, 2025, I sent my done to the Autel repair center in Germany. This was because the drone did not work after the firmware update. After contacting the Autel service desk, I received the information to send it to Germany. According to the track and trace, my drone arrived there on March 9. The data from the Autel Robotics service tracking states that my drone is being repaired. But why is this taking so long? It has been in repair for 2 months now! And that is only because the firmware update did not go as it should. The responses I get when I ask where my drone is are always the same. "It is busy." I am starting to get really sick of it. What bad service from Autel. I think I will go back to DJI.

Le 6 mars 2025, j'ai envoyé mon drone au centre de réparation Autel en Allemagne. Le drone ne fonctionnait plus après la mise à jour du firmware. Après avoir contacté le service client Autel, j'ai reçu les informations pour l'envoyer en Allemagne. D'après le système de suivi, mon drone y est arrivé le 9 mars. Les données du service de suivi Autel Robotics indiquent que mon drone est en réparation. Mais pourquoi cela prend-il autant de temps ? Il est en réparation depuis deux mois maintenant ! Et c'est uniquement parce que la mise à jour du firmware ne s'est pas déroulée comme prévu. Les réponses que j'obtiens lorsque je demande où est mon drone sont toujours les mêmes : « Il est occupé. » Je commence à en avoir vraiment marre. Quel mauvais service de la part d'Autel ! Je pense que je vais retourner chez DJI.

Les deux fois, les deux transporteurs m'ont renvoyé mon drone et sa télécommande. Je voulais juste m'assurer, comme suggéré par Autel Support.eu, que les voyants lumineux (LED) des barres avant et arrière étaient corrects. Allez sur Google Maps et lisez les avis ! C'est vraiment catastrophique ! Je suis vraiment désolé pour vous.

I have just tried 2 times to send my Evo Lite+ to the company listed by Autel Robotics as a repair center:

Both times, both shipping companies sent my drone and its remote control back. I just wanted to comply with EASA standards as suggested by Autel Support.eu, so that the LED colors on the front and rear bars were correct. It seems this company doesn't even have a website.
