Strange. You shouldn't have any anomally unless you have more than .017 difference. Try depleting that battery to 7% and doing a full charge. I recommend you do this under a roof with a patterned floor. That way RTH will not trigger when battery is low. Perhaps the electronics are failing and it's not a cell problem.
