Depends on the aircraft, but in many instances it may be easiest to send it to an official distributor or the manufacturer themselves who will definitely have the needed parts on hand.

Autel does not sell parts in the US - per drone repair people I've spoken to. Many who repair their drones either buy a crashed drone off eBay or order from AliExpress (China).

Get in contact with Autel and see what they say. If in US, you'll have to send back to Autel US Repair in Bothell, WA and they will repair it. Can take a couple of weeks, but you get your drone back.
