That's nice, but is obviously only for other regions of the world. Where I live, all Autel apps were taken off the Google Play store, so I'm unable to upgrade.

NB: It's not that there is only an older app version available, like several times in the past, but the Autel Sky (or any other Autel app, for that matter) is completely gone. The QR code on the Autel web site let's me download the APK file, but due to security requirements of other apps, sideloading is not an option on my phone.
Don't know why Autel decided to remove itself from the Google Play store. On my Android I have sideload APK files in the past by choosing to bypass the security prompt. Do you not have that ability?

No lo encuentro en ningún lado. ¿Sería tan amable de dejarme un enlace a las notas de la versión v2.0.19?

same problem I can't update I need to update manually someone has the firmware

V1.9.10

for android and can you leave a link to download please

Okay it’s been stormy here on the Oregon coast and I decided to get my evo lite plus out today because the weather is awesome well it said to update it kinda took over the screen with the update download,so I did and it only would go to 20%then fail told me to restart my controller and aircraft so I have 5 times now it won’t connect to the controller and the firmware notification hasn’t came up,so I’m dead in the water …any suggestions to get me running again? This is annoying.i feel like my lite plus is a brick …upsetting..anyway any suggestions would be fantastic thanks

THe recommended method for upgrades is to use the Sky app like you did, but obviously something went sideways. Take a look over on the Nano+ forum. There are several examples on how to load firmware from a SD card. Those users are having the same problems as Lite+ pilots with upgrades.

If that doesn't work you'll probably need to contact Autel support. Also, the new aircraft firmware 2.0.19 states that reverting to earlier code is no longer possible once installed. Links to download the 1.9.9 firmware zip archive can be found in this forum.

Personally, all of this is why I'm keeping the older Sky App (1.6.8) on my iPad Mini so I can avoid the upgrade prompts. I'm staying at FW 1.9.9 on the aircraft permanently. If performs wonderfully.
From what I see on this forum the new firmware is only causes problems for most pilots, Nano+ and Lite+, and comes with geofencing and other new restrictions.

Thank you for this advice (to stay with older software and firmware). I'd been pondering what to do. I hadn't flown in a while near Wifi but when I started to do so today I was asked to update. If only they could write release notes that were not full of typos and vague statements like "optimized the no-fly zone functionality" (is that a good thing for me? I don't know) I might have more confidence in Autel and their update. I will try to avoid it. Turning off Wifi on my iPad will do the trick apparently. The warning to update disappeared.

UPDATE: Despite my comment just above written a couple days ago, I ended up doing the full software and firmware update a day later. My iPad Mini, which I use to fly my Autel drones, had to my dismay already updated the app in January. I noticed this when taking a flight which was quite erratic...there was a definite lag between moving a joystick and the response from the drone (Evo Lite +). It was also drifting during "hover". It was not acting normally in flight. After brief further testing in my yard, I landed and looked at everything and realized I had the updated iPad/ioS software, but not the "matched" firmware on the drone as yet (Autel warns against this). There are apparently some (complicated) ways to downgrade your Autel app to previous versions but I didn't have the time nor technical ability to do this...I have work to get done. So I went ahead and updated the firmware on the drone. This did not work (update failed) on a Sunday...I kept getting a "network error" message from the installer. My network is/was fine, so I'm assuming this was an "Autel network" problem. I waited until Monday and tried again. This time, the firmware updated, very slowly at first. Very slowly. Then it proceeded, taking about 15-20 minutes total and giving a "success" message at the end. I rebooted the drone and controller and took a test flight. It was back to normal flight characteristics. The drone is a joy to fly when working correctly. I now only hope I'm not geofenced out of somewhere I should be able to fly nor that there won't be other technical issues from this update. BTW I have a 2nd Evo Lite + (for backup purposes in case of issues with the first one on a job) which I also updated (it uses the same iPad, I don't fly both at once of course.) This firmware update proceeded OK initially, but I got an "update failed" message at the very end. However upon rebooting the controller and the 2nd drone, I found they had updated to the current firmware, matching the first drone and the Autel info. I took a test flight and everything seems fine. I feel like we're on the very bleeding edge of Autel's limited ability to issue software that works and installs correctly, but so far this seems OK. I will post again if I encounter further issues.
