New Autel Robotics Controller is coming: Now is official :D

The new smart controller is available for pre-order today at Altitude Hobbies. Use code "autel" to get free shipping in the U.S. We've been told it will be shipping the last week of May.

Yes I do find it extremely strange, until its on the Autel website and they are talking about it why would I 100% believe it exists!
It 2021, I think most of us have been around long enough on the internet to understand the difference between pre-orders and vaporware. If this were vaporware, you would be able to spot it a mile away. It wouldn't pass the smell test. For example, if a pre-order for the Autel Evo 2 mini at 249g went live over at AutelRobotsDrones.cn for $399, we would ALL have a good laugh. ?

Any marketplace, site, vendor or "salesperson" trying to pre-sell an Autel EVO II Smart Controller is selling something they don't have, and something that has not been released or even confirmed to be a product coming soon.

Given the amount of inquiries we've received about the Smart Remote being "available" on Aliexpress, we know everyone is very anxious. If you wish to "pre-buy" something that is not available or released from a manufacturer, there's nothing stopping you, do so at your own risk. Our team can not tell you when your Aliexpress pre-order will be fulfilled or where it will come from, or even what you will receive! ?
As of today, 4/13/21, the Smart Controller for the EVO II has not been released and is not available. You can be guaranteed that when it does become available, you can either purchase or pre-order it from Advexure. If you wish to sign up for updates and be notified when it becomes available, you can DM our team or email us at [email protected] and we will keep you in the loop with official updates. Note that we are solely a distributor and dealer for North America and Latin America. Timelines, etc could be different in other regions around the world, so if you outside of NA or LATAM we recommend connecting with your local Autel Robotics dealer/distribution partner.

We appreciate everyone's interest and understand your anxiousness. Hang tight!"

But now, now it's 12 days later and everyone who's been pre-selling this device (for which no one has provided any indication that it's yet passed FCC certification process) is all singing Kumbaya. Oh, except for the Official Autel Robotics presence in the USA-- the only known warranty provider and importer-- in Bothell, WA, whose website STILL doesn't mention it, and neither does their official YouTube channel?
WTF?

So much hostility man.
12 days can mean a lifetime when it comes to business. Fortunes are gained and lost in minutes sometimes and Advexure is a well known and respected company so if they said that 2 weeks ago and are know "singing a different tune" that's because the official tune has changed WITHIN the dealer community, if Adexure started a pre order its because they received permission from Autel to do so. Anyone who has been an official distributor or dealer would know that.. and if we haven't been filled in on the FCC process particulars yet it's probably because we don't need to be as of now, there is no rule that says they have to tell us anything FCC related before the product is launched. Advexure has already said that they have had employees that got a hands on demo with this controller and I don't believe they would put there companies reputation on the line for a controller that doesn't exist. Just take the info as it comes and if you don't trust it than wait for it to be officially release by Autel themselves, and if it never does than you can make fun of the rest of us..but getting upset and questioning someone's integrity before you have any proof of wrong doing is not the right thing to do. We are all anxious but being pushy isn't gunna get anyone anywhere in a situation like this, it will only cause more irritation from other people and result in a bunch of bickering. Which I don't believe anyone cares for very much.

While it appears that all you wish to do is berate fellow forum members and be quite negative in the community, you don't like to read the facts. The message you had quoted of Advexure's was prior to the official release of Autel's Smart Controller. As we've already mentioned to you, the Smart Controller was officially released by Autel on 4/20. Your continued attacks are unwarranted we wish to see you positively contribute to the forum and adhere to community rules, if you have an issue with any vendor, take it up directly. We've asked for you to reach out to our team if you have a problem/issue, but you have not done so.

Once again, your facts are false. As an authorized dealer and distributor, Advexure is an importer of Autel Robotics products. Advexure is also an authorized support and service agent to Autel Robotics and also serves as an ITAR certificate holder for Autel Robotics' ITAR controlled products. Please kindly cut your misinformation, and once again, if you have a vendor complaint or issue, please take it up with the company or vendor directly, per the forum's community rules. Thank you!

Lastly, if we may add, Advexure has been in business for eight years as one of the largest dealers, distributors, service and training providers for UAV platforms and products. Our company and management would never allow for us to sell any type of product that is not real, or that is not yet released by one of manufacturers. Some of our staff has been involved in the development of the Autel Smart Controller given that they contribute tremendous feedback on user wants and needs from our customer base across many industry verticals. We were only able to open pre-orders for the Autel Smart Controller once Autel authorized us to do so.

Advexure has put hundreds of Autel Smart Controller units on order given the interest and demand from the professional user community who has wanted one of these SCs ever since it was known that there would be a "future controller" when Autel and GPC released the Rugged Hard Case which indicated such a controller for it's lower deck.

This would not be the first product that Autel Robotics does not sell directly. Namely you cannot find nor purchase the Autel Robotics & FoxFury EXOLANDER and D100 Spotlight System. This was an accessory that Autel released in partnership with FoxFury, but they solely offer it through dealers. The Autel EVO II Dual and 640T also can only be purchased from authorized dealers.

Thank you for the clarification ?.
I apologize if I misstated any information.
