Differences between Evo Lite+ and Evo 2 Pro V3?

Hi all,

For those who own an Evo Lite+ and Evo 2 Pro V3, what are the differences between them? As I understand, the sensor seems to be the same, and the only major difference I can see is the controller.

I am sure Autel is pushing people to get the far more expensive Evo 2 Pro V3 and keeping the remote controller for the Lite+ as it is. This definitely doesn't give a good look for Autel. DJI is miles ahead in this regard. They even enabled a smart remote controller for the aging Mavic 2 Pro, so this can surely be done by Autel.

I suspect if Autel really enabled a smart controller for the Lite+, all the sales would go to the Lite+....

For me, the only reason I would get an Autel, is for the superior camera over DJI, being just sharper. Unfortunately, everything else about Autel doesn't inspire confidence in me. From the lack of customer service to the glitches, to the slow speed of upgrades, and all the problems coming from glitchy upgrades, to firmware, etc.

I can see there are some differences, such as in the ISO range, but the Evo Lite+ has adjustable aperture, which is lacking on the DJI Air drones and puts it on par with the Mavic 3 Classic at least technically. That is a big draw for me.

So if the camera is essentially the same, are there any other major differences that would compel someone to get the E2P V3 which has a much higher price tag? Should I just get the Lite+?

But there seems to be so many bugs concerning the Lite+......

Don't waste your time with Autel and just spend that money on a Mavic 3 Pro. Best drone so far or get the Air 3S. Autel has no more support for consumer drones and have dropped them completely. Their customer support is non existent.

True. DJI cameras are crap, especially the 20 mp ones. My eyes tell me all I need to know.

i agree i have the lite plus it is sitting on a shelf now for a year, it just went crazy one day and crashed. i have the evo 2 ver. 3 i had problems with that and they would not fix it under warranty because i added a different ant. and the price to fix it was more than a new one. autel services suck. I have an enterprise with no problems and i have 2 DJI's air 3 and the air3s my air 3s crashed one day out of the blue just fell out of the sky. DJI gave me a new one within 9 days no cost . And I never purchase there DJI care, I still like the autel drones better though.
