Need way point help RTK V3

Trying to get the drone to be at 137 ft and fly 8mph I can set this in project settings and it goes back to 197ft and 9mph after I confirm and exit. all software is current versions. I have the S way point to start recording video when it gets to each waypoint it restarts recording. There is no option to continue recording. I am coming fro Litchi app and having to hand input each way point to get it close to my original Mission with DJI drone.
