In the AutelIRTool software, why aren't my 65 imported photos not showing up to batch export their csv files?

I can't seem to export any of my photo's csv files. I can do it individually in the the V1 and V2 software, but since I'm flying with the Autel T640 V3 drone, I'd like to use the correct software to download the csv files. I also don't think there is a batch export option on the V1 & V2 software. I'll probably be taking 300+ photos for my project, so I'd rather not have to individually export each csv file. It minor but also why doesn't my Environment or Image information show up in the software (right panel)?

Run as administrator.

• Locate the software icon or executable file.
• Right-click on the icon or file.
• Select "Run as administrator" from the context menu.

On Win 11 all temp analysis results in "NA". Support says "Currently there are no plans to address this problem". ??????????????
