My company has been using the Max 4T since February with no issues. We updated it to the 1.2.8.237 3-5 days ago. We’re on a project with it. We can pair the drone to the controller. But when we go to take off, the props will turn like it’s going to take off for a few seconds, but will stop (never hover) and the sensors will tell us that objects are too close around us from all sensors when it’s in an open field… we have been in contact with Autel and have not heard back from them. We don’t know what to do or how to fix it. Anyone experience this? We have a screenshot of what the controller is showing us.

The only thing that I can suggest, while you wait, is to thoroughly clean all of the sensors around the Max 4T. Sometimes smudges can interfere with them.

Can you turn off the sensors (all obstacle avoidance, radar, landing) and try to take off again? You can turn them back on mid flight.

This happen to me last night while testing for other issues. I had lifted off a few times but just for about 20 feet and was not going anyplace. Landed to check some things and the next take off it did as you stated. I tried a few times and same thing. The battery was down to 50% but I was not going anywhere, so figure that's good enough to ground hoop. So maybe the low battery was stopping it and gave up for the night. I will charge the battery up and try again. I know the sensor don't work for night flight or at least that is what the rc is telling before takeoff. We shall see.

Try this first, it’s the first thing that support will have you do and there is a good chance it will fix it.

We figured out it out. Try this. When taking off, instead of pulling the joysticks down and in (or down and out) AND holding… try this —> pull them in and down BUT don’t hold. Just pull them in and let go

NOT SURE WHAT THAT HAS TO DO WITH FIRMWARE FILES

I FALLOWED STEPS,, STILL NOTHING ERROR CODE 10011

I have had two problems seince the firmware up date. 1. The RC screen would do some wierd flicker? 2. The Drone will not fly a ploygram or pre programed pattern. It will take off and when it you tell it to fly the pattern it just sits and does nothing. I must not be holding my mouth right or something?
