I am from India. We have recently purchased a Autel EVO II RTK V3 drone for survey purpose. We have done mission planning without any issue for a few days. But unfortunately, our pilot has accidentally updated the latest version of the Android OS, Firmware, and Autel Explorer App. After installing these updates, now we are unable to take off the drone with the following message “ The Aircraft is out of the designated country, cannot take off”.

We are requesting you to help us on this matter.

I am from india i am facing the same problem after installing new firmware 1.9.10. I’ve tried uninstallation and reinstallation process. It is not helpful. Request if someone can help me out.

Guys, if you tap on "missions" you will have the world map. If you look closely at this map you will see some areas in red. I'm pretty sure that you're in those areas. It's due to "new" policy of Autel not to be used in conflicts or "hot" areas.
