Massive video lag in the app only

I'm getting jumpy video playback on the app. 1 frame refresh every 2 seconds or so. The recorded files are fine, though. No lag.

Customer support with Autel didn't yield much help. They told me to try a different cable, check the contacts on the gimbal etc.

I am using an iPhone Xs, with iOS 12. Drone and batteries have latest firmware.

Any ideas? THANK YOU for any help.

That’s my setup and latency in mine is next to nothing. Perhaps your memory is full and no room to buffer. Maybe clear out photos/videos in your phone, and also clear out all apps in resident memory. Just a thought.

I am having this exact same problem.

No problem with the recordings, but about a 2 second lag in video feed and stuttering performance.
