Hi, I have been trying to get RTK up and running over in Japan, and we're having problems depending on the device we're using.

On an iPad, I don't get any choices for selecting a mountpoint.

On an Andriod, I get the "get mount point fail" error message.

On iPhone, I was able to get through to "RTK connected" but the controller gave me a "RTK not ready" message.

Also, I think I'm supposed to be able to see the lat/long/position information for both "Aircraft" and "RTK network" (like the photo attached), but I'm only seeing the column for "aircraft" in the app on iphone/android/ipad and all values are 0.

Anyone having similar issues with "RTK not ready" or not seeing both columns of info? Any tips or workarounds?

Thanks in advance!

Try to update AutelExplorer + aircraft firmware to lastest beta version from EVO II Downloads
Corrections should be sent using the RTCM3.1 (or 3.2) protocol by your caster (check on your caster site which mountpoint using it).
In Autel Explorer 1.1.7.57 and newer you have to manualy type mountpoint name (double check on every letter and sign)
You need to have at least 19 visible satelites and 30° unobstructed sky view.
