Instructions for droneworks lanyard?

I feel dumb for asking, but does anyone have any experience with this lanyard? I got it for free from Droneworks with purchase of Lithor tablet holder. I can't figure out how to use or adjust it. It has what looks like two loops, so I'm guessing maybe it goes around shoulders but it seems too small for that. It works on neck but just seems very awkward
