Yes after speaking to support they had me send it back. Worked fine since. Good luck with support though. Most of them have left the company, at least the 4 that I spoke to over the last 5 months. It was tough to get someone. I would call and after 5 mins it automatically hangs up on you and you have to call again. Even if it says you are next in line ive gone many, many times with the hang up after 5 minutes. I also have sent hundreds of emails since December. Good luck.
