Camera does not tilt up and down

My Autel Evo Nano+ is 14 months old and has very little use. the camera has stopped responding to the remote control when asked to tilt up or down.the images are fine when I turn on the drone, the gimbal does the self checking normally but then does not perform the calibration again when requested by the remote control. I have already calibrated the imu. is there anything else i can do? thanks

Have you updated all your firmware? Both controller and drone?

Yes i've updated to the last firmware and I made two short flights without accidents before the camera went like this
