I read the discussion by Old Bama Dude and Augustine regarding limits on the Follow Me function. Thought I would try it myself. I can confirm that my XSP will not stay below 33 feet (10 meters) during Follow Me. Running all latest firmware.
Tried initiating from several altitudes over 30 feet. Every time around I got down to ~30 feet, the XSP would balk, but I could force it a bit lower. As soon as I released stick, up it goes.
