Dumb question, but why were you in Ludacris mode? That's a high speed mode and the collision avoidance is disabled when in that mode since the drone could be moving too fast for it to respond in time. Were the properties far apart so you just wanted to get it over there quicker? Or did you put it in ludacris just to disable the collison avoidance to get in a narrow space?
--chris Not a dumb question at all and yes, I put it in Ludicrous mode because I wanted to get the shot in between the two homes. It is quicker than resetting the distance allowance for collision avoidance in standard mode. Because I have had so many aircraft disconnects, I leave my avoidance settings pretty wide. Sometimes the drone will be on the back side of the building where I can't see it and like the extra precaution. That said I have flown in ludicrous mode before and not had any issues with drifting. I have no idea why it did this time. Maybe because of the area not sure. I was looking at my camera adjusting the camera when I noticed it moving and was unsuccessful in stopping it even though it was barely moving. This was literally the last shot I needed!
