Evo 2 direction in flight

I am new to Autel having come from Yuneec. I have an Evo 2 Pro. My previous unit was a Yuneec Typhoon H. On the Typhoon controller screen there was always an arrow that showed which way was forward that the drone was pointing so no matter how far out I was, even unable to see the drone, I could tell when it was facing me or facing away. I really miss that. Is there something on the Evo 2 controller that is the same? I cannot find anything.

On the map screen it it has a line that shows your path back to home. And your icon on the map should be an arrow to show direction. It might not be as easy to decipher as your yuneec but there are ways to tell exactly where your at. Hope this helps. But you have to have your phone hooked up. Using only the main controller is limiting as you cant do all the pre planned flight modes.

You can swap the map to a “radar” view @Blooter - similar to what DJI uses, guessing also similar to the Yuneec?

Oh interesting i didnt know that was possible. I wonder..that should apply to the Evo 1. Gonna have to try that. Thanks PingSpike

Hi! Is there any way we can see the degrees/azimuth in which its facing? I would like to be able to take photos facing true north (0 degrees) or 45, 180 degrees etc...
