Google Maps (not Earth) has a layer called Terrain. Try that.

Based on my experience, the indicated altitude is actually altitude above take off point and baselined by matching a known on-the-ground condition with gps coordinates.

There is no radar altimeter function to determine actual height “above ground level”. Even through Autel labels it “AGL” it is not except directly over the take off point.
