DroneViewer v1.2.0 now supports EVO

Ya I saw that. Hope does not develop into anything to serious for you guys.

@wonderer gave me a updated version to try with the XSP. It still needs some work as the numbers do not change and the dashboard does not seem to work.

It was a shame that I forgot to add the .a$$ file. I would have loved to see the telemetries of this video.

I was filming the errosion that is happening at one of the most famous beaches of Puerto Rico.

@Agustine I think the modified DroneViewer I sent you is actually working correctly for the XSP .a-s-s file you provided me.

The .a-s-s file indicated you performed a very short flight (about 1 minute 30 seconds) and flew almost straight up and back down with almost no sideways motion. Because of this, the flight trajectory on the Google Map does not show much of a trajectory. Also, for the the first 23 seconds the flight, the data indicates the XSP did not move (you were probably preparing for the flight). This is why the numbers don't appear to change for the first part of the playback.

The altitude value of 790 feet (the value from the screenshot you PM'd me) is consistent for your home point. Keep in mind that the EVO and XSP record WGS84 altitude in the .a-s-s file, not MSL or AGL. By default, DroneViewer reports the raw altitude values provided in the data, which started at 241 meters (790 ft). You can use the Altitude setting in the Preferences menu to change the altitude display to AGL or MSL. That way you can force DroneViewer to make the starting point 0-ft altitude.

I suggest trying a longer flight with much more distance to really see some interesting metrics in DroneViewer. Thanks for the feedback.

Not sure where you're coming up with that. I've installed 2 versions now and have zero adware.
Maybe post your findings if you believe it was this program.

I had to allow the download through malwarebytes but once I did there where no other problems. Malwarebytes does a 3AM check of all my files and has found no problems. Are you sure it was not that porn you were downloading last night ;)

Lol. I also use malwarebytes, adwcleaner, esetnod and a couple more. Nothing found.

LOL this is my Work PC. I only visit 4 sites. my email, quickbooks, autelpilots, & youtube. Everything else is within the local network. It installed some software to help you browse the web. I tried it at home ( I may have visited some interesting site here and there) and the same software installed there as well. The only common denominator was Droneviewer.

Post your findings. We're clean. It's definately not this program.

I'm almost home. Tropical Storm Karen just arrived. I will reinstall and check again before the power goes out.

I'm like OMG OMG, I may be able to use an outside software with my XSP!! Then you say it has adware and it doesn't.
Stop it!! lol
I slap your wrist Ansia!! ?

Edit: Stay safe with this storm!!

It has adware. I'm watching you visit those furry sites. ??

Just redownloaded it and installed with no troubles. I have no idea where that adware came from. Perhaps it came from the K-Lite Codec pack you have linked in your page.

If you downloaded the codec pack it does indeed have malware. I have had trouble with it before but it's easy to get rid of.

I didn't install that since I have the upgraded version of the codec pack.

I am working with @wonderer on the XSP side of things. Some of the options, at least for me do not work yet. I just sent him a video and .a$$ file to see if it is me or something in the software. The graphs seem to work but the dashboard only displays the start info from what I can tell.

I really hope it all gets worked out. Like I said a few posts back. It would be so cool to be able to have some outside software to use with the XSP.
