Everyone loves Autel customer service. Arguably the best in the industry. By contrast, DJI has the reputation for having the worst customer service in the business.
DJI enjoys a 70% + share of the North American market for drones $500 and up. Autel and others fighting for what's left.
The fact is that consumers are willing to tolerate the WORST customer service for a better product. And Autel's superior service won't by itself be enough to compete against this giant. It needs to do more than "clone" the Phantom 3 pro with a few enhancements.
I just purchased an xsp to join my mavic pro and typhoon H, so I'm really rooting for these guys to survive! Nice bird for the price.
