connecting USB to drone

which USB cable plugs into the EVO 2? im having trouble downloading internal storage videos to phone or computer. id imagine once you connect the drone to the computer they will pop up but what connects to the drone?

USB-C into the side of the drone and regular USB into your computer. Power up the drone and you should be able to access your files on your desktop.

Same issue, neither of Pc's or lap top see it. Drone should not need to be one but doesn't work regardless with it on or off.

Of course the drone needs to be on. Try plugging your phone to the pc while it isn't powered on. It will not recognize it as a drive.
The easiest way to get the videos off the micro sd card is to just remove it and insert it into the pc with an adapter.
