Hi! Started getting the Bottom-view calibration error. The bird flies just fine, but the error is pretty annoying. Already emailed Autel, but perhaps you guys have encountered this?

I've already tried gimbal and IMU calibration. The OA tool won't work... Evo won't connect. Tried multiple PCs and opened up permissions, but same deal.

Any ideas? Thank you.

Aguna vez yo recibí un mensaje parecido, y desapareció solo, siempre tuve la impresión de que se fue el error cuando en vuelo coloque la cámara en posición senital accionando el botón arriba izquierda.

Did this start after you did the latest firmware update?

I had a different problem with lights but I got them to send me a link to roll back my firmware and it fixed the problem

I've had the bottom view calibration error since October. It definitely affects my altitude readings especially over water. Most recently I was flying approx 6-8 feet above a river, and it said I was minus 39 feet agl. I called Autel the beginning of November and they said I had to send it to them, and that they wouldn't be able to start looking at it for at least 4-5 weeks. I told them to pound fortune cookies and I would deal with the problem.

I’ll give you some advice. Sell that and buy a DJI m30. I had to send back 3 (yes 3) 640T’s in a row. Autel even tried charging me $500 to repair a drone with 1 flight on it. This is the beginning of many more problems to come. Trust me. My M3 runs perfect I’ve never had an issue with it and it’s a beast of a drone. It’s just made better and the software and firmware is way better. Autel Drones are cool in theory, but when you need them for work and you have to rely on them to make a living. That’s where they fall short. Many people have issues. Don’t believe me look into it yourself.

has anyone found out what to do yet? It's a shame I paid around $2500 with tax and shipping less than a yr. ago
autel wouldn't fix it under warranty because I modified it with a NLD amp. They wanted me to turn itd in to them
and they would sell me another one for $1799. I told them to send it back to me.

My Evo II Pro randomly and repetitively encounters a Right Sensor Calibration Error for no known reason. Nothing unusual with the drone's start-up, smart controller or any ensuing flights; the evil RSC gremlin strikes at random - with the error-display blocking a good bit of real estate on the smart controller's display. No way to correct it in the field. I can only clear the error by connecting my drone to my PC and running the calibration process (which entails positioning the drone's right-view sensor towards the PC-monitor and "painting" the circles displayed on the monitor's calibration screen). Very frustrating! Never had such issues with my DJI Pro. Ah! Note to self.....
