One way to guarantee no calls from 4-6pm daily is to close at 4pm.

Autel Cuts Support Hours by 20%

Autel Support now closes at 4pm PST every day. It was 8am-6pm seven days a week.
It is now 8am-4pm only.
No explanation was offered when I inquired as to why.
It certainly isn't due to lack of support phone calls.
Even DJI is open until 5pm PST.

Could it be there work load was so low, because their stuff is so good that the support guys were sitting around 20% of the time ???? Naaaaaa. ;-)

Given that two of our most prolific members currently have their EVO's in for warranty work, not likely...
