Hello to all, first time here. I own my X star Premium for two weeks now and have a few questions but one at a time so lets start with the first one. I use my iphone 6s and it work perfect, I would like to use my amazon tablet but I'm having problems and cant figure it out. The app connect good, it say connected, but when i click start to go to next screen, the app work for 2 seconds, I can even see the view from the x star camera, but then after 2 seconds a small window pop up telling me to enable gps and right after that msg the app close by it self. Location and gps are enbale, also maps are already download for offline. it is a tablet, so there is not data like cell phones. what could be the problem?

Try enabling the wifi hotspot on your phone (if you can do that) and connecting the tablet to that. Alternately, you can connect the tablet to a wireless network and see if the error message still appears.
