I just got a dual and am playing with it. After reformatting the card and taking new data, I was able to bring a JPEG into IR PC Tool. It seemed to work, though it crashes a lot. It works fine in Celsius. When I switch to Fahrenheit though, I get weird numbers. The stuff on the right seems right, but the chosen locations give strange numbers that are consistent, but about 70 degrees too low. It worked once with Fahrenheit on one picture, then quit.
I just looked into thermoconverter, but couldn't get it to work. It seemed to recognize the files, but wouldn't export them. I'm also not paying $300 per year or $1000 extra for conversion software. I'm a very, very small company.
