At least I know if something happens to our XSP's that CS will take care of it and I don't have to worry about fly aways. You don't need to push your preference on us. We've done our research and already know what we want. The thread was just created to find a reputable place to get one.

Probably best Elgogo to buy and fly the bird of your choosing and not ding the rest of us who are comfortable and happy with our drone choice. This was not an easy choice for me, I flew my sons P3 , did some research , and in the end, US based customer service was the deciding factor and could not be happier with my choice.

DJI's dismal and nearly non-existent customer service is the reason I bought my Autel XSP. Autel's well known outstanding customer service was just icing on the cake. I'm glad I bought my XSP even if Autel should go under (which I doubt).
