Hi, I upgraded the firmware on my autel nano drone last week and I immediately got this error message "The aircraft is out of the designated country cannot take off" - I am based in India. Any one else from India facing a similar issue with their nano series.

Hi I did the same mistake yesterday in Hyderabad, India. I updated all three updates i.e.
Autel Explorer APP Version: V3.1.107
Aircraft Version: V1.1.78
Remote Control Version: V1.3.9.15
I am getting same error as above
"The aircraft is out of the designated country cannot take off".

Nope. Still figuring out to how to solve the error. I tried writing to autel, but there is no response from them.
I live in Sacramento, California. I just started to get this message. Says I’m on the edge though. Autel is one of the worst customer service support people I can ever think of.
Been my first experience with support - i still dont have a response. Not sure if they would respond. thanks for the update. By the way did the issue get resolved?

This is a "me too" moment for me also. I live in north Mississippi and this has happened to me more than once. I don't know what, if anything I did to fix it except connect it to my home wifi and then went and tried to take off again. Sometimes that would work...

This is a HUGE Problem with Autel! I wasted thousands of dollars trying to promote the Evo Max N at a conservation meeting in Australia and could not get it to work. Embarrassing in front of hundreds of meeting participants and Autel could not respond on time to help and the fix they said would work didn’t!
It just started. I was still able to fly. There is no trust in Autel.
I just got off the phone with Autel so he asked me to download the latest firmware again and then put it on the SD card. Put it in the drone and have the firmware update. The firmware update was successful when I did this procedure took it for a half a mile test ride no messages everything seem to work fine but trusting this drone is another issue. This is the latest I have.
I did this update with freshly downloaded Firmware from SD Card again. This error notification message is still there. I can not fly.
I’m sorry to hear that. It is a firmware issue. I don’t know what part of the world you’re in but I deal with Autel support in Washington. Sometimes I call after hours to get the people in China. You can’t get to a supervisor. I think there should be a massive lawsuit. I’m frustrated with the service we get. I did fly my drone for mapping today. 08/11/2024 and it worked. No error message. I have problems with hyperlaspe when I’m taking 500 photos takes 20 minutes. It will stop, freezes up, then the software crashed. I’m lucky I can go up or down and that’s it. Rebooted, it went away this time, but it does happen periodically to me. I’m sure they’ll be an update. Who knows when it will be fixed.

No. I talked with John from the Bothell, WA support. He told me to reinstall the firmware which i did. But as of 8/16/2024 I got the message again. The message reads. you are on the edge of the designated country. Let me ask you something, This forum belongs to Autel Pilot not Autel Robotics, two different company's. What does Autel Pilot have to do with Tech Support from Autel Robotics. The people up in Bothell,Wa don't monitor this site.
Kumar, i uninstalled the software and reinstalled an apk that i had originally downloaded from autel site (not from playstore) and got the flight to fly now. I will test it over the weekend and update further

Even I have the same problem after updating the Firmware.
The error is "The aircraft is out of the designated country cannot take off"
Can you tell me which version of the firmware software you have installed.When we brough the new piece we did the mission planning for few square kilometers without any issues. But all these happened only after the upgrading the new version of Firmware.
One more thing what we are facing is we are not getting the RTK module in the Autel Explorer.
Please help me if you have any solutions.

I am from india i am facing the same problem after installing new firmware 1.9.10 in Autel EVO ll series. I’ve tried uninstallation and reinstallation process. It is not helpful. Request if you can help me out.
The only solution is to reinstall the firmware version that was working
