Hello together,

after i have updated the firmware of my Evo Lite 640T Enterprise via OTA with the RC, the pairing RC to Drone gone lost.
Does anybody know how to update the RC ? I am after 2 nights confusions totally lost.

Same here.
No connection to the aircraft.
I am desperate too..
Autel Support gave me new firmware for rc and aircraft. Didn't work either with sd update. Over the Air Update failed and got stuck at 98%

Exactly same here. Aircraft Lights were green after maybe 15 minutes but RC progress stops at 98%.
The update files from the the autel support didnt work. Interisting is, two days ago on 12 May a new firmware came out on their website. Aircraft version 1.0.3.71 and RC version 1.0.3.65. These files are newer than the supported files and nowhere to download on the website, only release notes. But i found it in the memory of the RC. Located at /storage….. So ive downloaded it to SD and Firmware update worked fine with the aircraft. But i dont know how to update the RC. The RC process must be different to the aircrafts process.
If anybody knows how to do this, i send him some Satoshis

Same with my drone.. The Firmware, Autel provided me, is definitely faulty.

The RC has to be updated in a different way. You need the firmware on a FAT32 formatted usb stick(!), no micro sd. This stick you have to put in your classic usb port underneath the rubber cover of the RC about one minute after powering on the rc.. Then it will enter the update process..

The update process startet now with the correct version, but after some minutes it failed again indicating error code 10011 - What the hell is that now?
Did it work on your RC successful ?

Oh my god... What's wrong with autel on my device, he just tells me that my firmware is the latest version and doesn't need to be updated

and what do you do now? what Version do you have installed?

I will send the drone back (purchased this month) .
I spent over 3200€ for it and for me it is not acceptable, how Autel is behaving.

Same to me, it was 3249,- € Where did you buy it? Im thinking with the same idea. Maybe i bring it to the maintenance department first. Its 250km away from home

Bought it from autelpiloteu at exact 3249€, like you.

I flew it for two days and the hardware and built quality is really not bad.

But after this mess with the failed update, my trust in autel is close to zero

Hast du Garantie schon angemeldet? Was sagen die?

Hi ja auch aus Deutschland.

Die Garantie habe ich nicht angemeldet, dafür war gar keine Zeit.

Die müssen die einwandfreie Funktion sicherstellen, darauf haben wir ein Recht.das ergibt sich bereits aus dem Gewährleistungsanslrüchen

Ansonsten können wir wandeln, wobei bis zu einem Jahr die Beweislastumkehr für den Hersteller gilt.

Richtig aber wie bekommt man das auf die schnelle hin? Wenn die sich quer stellen oder den Betrag nicht zurück erstatten, was willst dann machen? Hilft da irgendwie Paypal? Keine Ahnung. Es gibt ja kein Laden wo ich sie hinbringen kann

Hi Raik,

Wenn du über PayPal bezahlt hast, melde dort umgehend einen Fall.(Artikel defekt) . Das zieht meistens.
Ich habe bei Klarna die Rückgabe des Artikels angemeldet.
Der Verkäufer ist dann gezwungen zu handeln, da er sonst den gesamten Betrag verliert.

Tritt bei Artikel defekt der Paypal Käuferschutz in Kraft? Ich muss mich informieren hab das noch nie gebraucht.
Wenn Autel nicht bald in die Pötte kommt versuch ich das.
Ich versuche noch das Ding hinzukriegen weil grundsätzlich finde ich die Drohne gut. Aber zuverlässig sollte sie halt auch sein.
Kannst mir gerne ein update geben wie es bei dir läuft

Geht mir genauso.. Eigentlich ist die Drohne gut und die Verarbeitung ebenso.
Aber mein Vertrauen ist sehr gering, nachdem sie gerade mal zwei Tage funktioniert hat. Letzten Donnerstag habe ich sie bekommen und seit Sonntag ist sie defekt... Und stell dir vor sie geht verloren... Dafür ist es ein zu teurer Spaß, meiner Meinung nach.
Ich warte mal was von Autel kommt und wenn es nicht klappt, geb ich die Drohne zurück.

Meines Wissens greift der Paypal Käuferschutz auch bei erheblichen Abweichungen von der Beschreibung... Was bei einem nicht funktionierenden Artikel ja der Fall ist.

Kannst du mir die files vielleicht zur Verfügung stellen? Dann probiere ich es damit mal. Vielleicht über nen Filesharing Anbieter

Zum Glück muss man eigentlich sagen passiert das jetzt gleich mit der firmware und nicht erst nach einem Jahr. Jetzt ist leichter kurz nach dem Kauf sich zu beschweren. Nichts desto trotz, wenn das jetzt nicht bald funktioniert, gebe ich sie auch zurück. Aber wenn ich’s irgendwie hinbekomme, würde es mich natürlich auch freuen, zumal man ja jetzt auch ein bisschen einen technischen Hintergrund gewonnen hat.

Ja die files kann ich dir geben. Du findest sie aber auch auf deiner drohne in der file app dann gleich unter storage und dann jeden ordner weiter klicken. Du stößt genau auf sie zu.
