Hello, I have just started flying my Evo lite 640t, and noticed that the aircraft and home positions are accurate, but the RC location is on a different continent. How can I update this?

A firmware update might well solve your problem. I couldn't get over the air firmware update to work, so ended up getting the latest firmware via a link sent by tech support and that cleared up the RC location issue. Give them a call using the Enterprise phone number, I've had better success getting a human on the line there. They sent links for RC firmware, aircraft firmware and an instruction page. The updates all went smoothly.

Hey, whats the best way to contact tech support? I have questions on metadata. Did you just go via website?

Ok, good news. I emailed Autel Enterprise and they sent me a firmware update that was real easy to do. My issues are straightened out.

For anyone that has a similar issue, it seems the only way to overcome them is to email autel enterprise.
